This Telstra $79 My Business Mobile Plan is a post-paid mobile phone service which gives you access to Australia's largest mobile network (based on average combined 3G/4G mobile speeds), with greater reliability and faster speeds in more places. Your plan allows you to share mobile data between other eligible plans on the same account.
Work on-the-go. Australia’s fastest mobile network based on average combined 3G/4G mobile speeds.
Work across devices. Share your plan data with your SIM-ready tablet by purchasing a Data Share SIM for just $5 per month. So when you're out and about you've got data on-the-go (100MB included). Maximum 5 SIMs per service.
Keep up to date with the latest available handset. After 12 months, return your handset undamaged and in good working condition, pay a one off fee of $149 and sign up to a new eligible 24 month handset payment plan and a new eligible 24 month mobile plan.
When you choose a ‘Blue Tick’ mobile phone, you can be sure that you’re experiencing the best possible coverage in regional and rural locations.
Mobile Repayment Option: If you cancel early the remaining handset repayments will be higher as you’ll no longer receive a credit to offset your handset cost.
My Business Mobile Plans: Some usage is excluded, such as calls/SMS/MMS to premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers), 1234, 12455 and 12456 numbers, some satellite numbers, content charges and use overseas. Unused allowances expire monthly. If you use your International calls/SMS for things not included in your allowance, or for non-eligible countries, International call rates will apply.
Data Sharing: Your monthly data allowance will be shared between all eligible services on the same account. Your Data Share SIM cannot be used in a mobile handset.
Extra Data: If you go over your monthly data allowance, Telstra automatically add Extra Data to your allowance for that month in 1GB blocks at a cost of $10 per GB. Extra Data is for use in Australia with eligible plans, is shared between eligible data sharing services on your account and expires at the end of that billing month, If you're a business customer and take up a new My Business Handset plan or request Extra Data for your account, Telstra will switch all eligible services on your account to Extra Data (which will replace the old per MB charging model for those services moving forward)
Network Coverage: The Telstra Mobile Network offers 4GX in all capital CBDs and selected suburban and regional areas and is progressively rolling out to more places. In other coverage areas around Australia, you will automatically switch to Telstra's fastest available 4G or 3G. Check coverage at telstra.com/coverage.

Telstra prides itself on the quality of its product, something that has traditionally been reflected in the generally higher prices of its mobile plans and broadband deals. However, recently Telstra’s marketing approach has taken a dynamic shift from that of a premium service provider to an affordable one, aimed at a larger share of the market.
If you’re not a repeat customer Telstra is still one of the more expensive providers out there as most of their mobile plans and broadband deals focus around bundles. Telstra offers great discount bundle prices for customers who stay with them over more than one service.
Even if you aren’t already with Telstra you can still save money when you compare phone and broadband deals online, as Telstra almost always has some juicy internet bargains you won’t find in-store.
Telstra’s reputation for mobile phones centres around great coverage, a figure reflected by its 9.7 million mobile plan subscribers and claim that the Telstra Next G network covers 99% of the Australian population. Telstra Mobile deals (both bundled and unbundled) have recently become more competitively priced and a variety of limited-time offers are often available for any customer who keeps a sharp eye on internet listings. So keep your eye out, you never know what great deals you might be missing out on.
